Event Schedule
This is a partial list of planned Lake Havasu Paddlefest events. In order to participate, paddlers must register and pay a nominal $35.00 fee which entitles them to all of the items below. There is an additional $15.00 fee for those wishing to enter the Paddlefest Fishing Tournament (tournament rules to be posted here shortly). There is no admission charge for non-participating attendees. Spectators welcome!

PLANNED EVENT SCHEDULE
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 16
Noon: Set up ‘base camp’ at Lake Havasu State Park, Windsor 4 greenbelt special event area (music, announcements and vendor set-up). Dry tent and motorhome camping is available at ‘base camp’ at no charge for participants. Overnight camping is also available at Lake Havasu State Park RV — please contact the Park Service for reservations, normal camping fees apply.
4pm: Event registration opens at ‘base camp’ for those not pre-registered (Registration closes at 8pm), vendor area open.
5pm: Food court open
7pm: Mandatory Fishing Tournament meeting (all participants)
8pm to 10pm: Bonfire welcome party at ‘base camp’ (all are welcome)
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 17
5 to 6am: Final opportunity to enter the Fishing Tournament
7am: Lines in the water, Fishing Tournament Begins
8 to 10am: On-water product demos, rentals and instruction (on-site food vendor serving breakfast, lunch and dinner)
9am: Vendor area open to public
10am: Group meeting at Windsor 4 base camp for all participants (fishermen excluded).
10:30am to 1pm: On-water races, games and activities (events include ‘drag races’, ‘endurance race’, ‘slalom races’, ‘blindfold races’, etc.)
11am: Fishing Tournament ends (all fishermen must check in back at base camp by noon)
1:30 to 4pm: Poker Run (through the London Bridge Channel to Nautical Inn to Rotary Beach and return to base camp) – pick-up a card at each designated stop and best hand wins the Grand Prize: a HOBIE MIRAGE OUTBACK KAYAK – a $1900 retail value! Plus more instant winners out on the Poker Run course.
3 to 6pm: Turn-in Poker Cards at base camp
6pm: Award Presentation – Poker Run, Fishing Tournament and Races/Games/Activities (base camp)
7 to 10pm: Bonfire party at ‘base camp’, live music
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 18
9am: Base camp, food court (breakfast only) and vendors open, more on-water product demos, rentals, instruction
10 to 11am: Parade of participants under the London Bridge, group photo shoot
Noon: Lake Havasu Paddlefest ends

- Kayak fishing tournament
- Kayak and Stand-Up Paddleboard races
- Poker Run (Your chance to win a new Hobie Mirage Outback Kayak grand prize for best hand — other great prizes will be awarded too!)
- Parade & Group Photo session under the London Bridge

Basic Events Package: $35.00 Registration Includes:
- Special commemorative event T-Shirt
- Entry and (1) poker hand (additional poker hands may be purchased at the event site)
- Entry into all appropriate race classes/categories.
- Parade lap under London Bridge for group photo.
- Participant “grab bag” of swag.
- Free on-site dry tent and motorhome camping.
